Greetings, we went through the mails today and we were happy to have gone through your mail for the OXFAM-GB Cash Grant /Donation. At first we would give you a brief say about our organization and its activities. Our organization is named as People’s Service Council (PSC), and this is registered with the Social Service Department of Sri Lanka under Non Governmental Organization act. Registered on 1999.
We are a non profitable and non Governmental Organization working for the poor communities who had been affected by Tsunami and the Civil war, and our aim is to uplift the poor families of the multi ethnic communities. Most of our activities come in to awareness, education and charity. During the past we had been involved in some activities and this had been successful with partner Organizations. However we are in capable of doing more humanitarian services to the vulnerable communities, but we face economic difficulties to fill this gap.
